In P5 we have been busy making bread. We were able to prepare our work space, measure out our ingredients, mix and knead the dough. Then we left it to rise, it doubled in size! We rolled it into individual flatbreads and cooked it for a short time before sampling. Not forgetting the washing up at the end!
